Hi, I’m MaryAnn Walker— life coach for people pleasers, highly sensitive people (HSPs), and empaths who are ready to break free from emotional burnout and finally start living for themselves.
I help women who feel like they are “too much” or who’ve spent a lifetime walking on eggshells in relationships learn how to regulate their nervous systems, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with their true voice—without abandoning their empathy or compassion.
Through trauma-informed coaching, I guide clients in healing from people-pleasing trauma, releasing the false belief that they must fix, manage, or carry the emotions of others in order to feel safe or loved.
